I have been a Hexagon Housing Association tenant for over 17 years with no  reprimands against me. 

Yet over the past 3 years there has been a significant decline in liaisons with my housing provider both verbal and in correspondence.

At first I could not understand the hostility I was facing from employees and contractors situated at the Hexagon Housing Association head office based in Sydenham. 

Although I am still unaware of their motives, situations have escalated where I need to remedy matters in the jurisdictions of the law.

Hexagon Housing is harassing my person with dexterity that i can not resolve situations by myself. Every time I try to resolve negligent behaviours afforded by them my avenue is blocked.

Presently they have allocated a new tenant below me in Flat 1 who is very abusive towards myself. Continually stealing my mail. There is continued drug affiliated activities late at night in relation to her address.  I was even informed by the neighbours that individuals tried to break into her property. The Police were called and  attended and a person at the property below was detained by the police. I myself have contacted the Police in relation to her behaviour and activities. In addition she is gang affiliated and has a substance misuse habit. She uses the premises as a drug den and brothel. She and her assailants have even made threats against my life and planned to burgle my property and move my household belongings into her property below. I am afraid to leave my property as she continues to threaten to lock me out by changing the locks on the communal front door.

I contacted the Anti Social Behaviour Unit Situated at my housing provider. And spoke and emailed at length Mr Syeed Noor. He wasn’t very forthcoming in his approach to my concerns 

Mr Noor repelled at my allegations against Ms Whyte and assailants then went on to close the case. I will attach the email correspondence separately to yourselves. Even though my case has been closed I have been regularly trying to contact the Anti Social Behaviour Unit situated at Hexagon Housing and left messages pertaining to Ms Whyte. I am still awaiting some form of acknowledgement from them.  Which is why I am bringing this to your attention as the systems of abuse by Ms Whyte are still ongoing. Ms Whyte feels in my interpretation that she is above the law. 

She is even stealing part of my gas outlet supply by way of the meters outside the main frontal of the designated property.. I have contacted EDF with my complaints. Which are now under investigation yet it is not apparent which relevant  spectrum of the Ofgem department is dealing with the complaints under investigation.

In conjunction with the above for numerous years my housing provider has been stipulating that I am in rent arrears in excess of £2000 which has not been cleared even though payments have been made by Universal Credit upon my behalf.  I do deem this sum to be wrong as the allowance of my Universal credit payment doesn’t highlight that so-called fact.The stated amount owed has never been reduced and is always around the preliminary amount of £2000 even though I have contacted my revenue officer to verify the amount owed. This has been ongoing for 3 years. No court action has been brought against me even though I have been served with a notice to quit on two occasions . I cannot fathom how this discrepancy came about because my revenue officer is not being compliant in my request to resolve the matter.

This matter is causing me a matter of concern owing to research into Hexagon Housing affairs via a government portal. It is stipulated that they have been dissolved through insolvency since 2014.in compliance the insolvency is listed upon registration with Companies  House, I contacted the  government insolvency bureau with my complaint that Hexagon Housing are taking monies for myself and the Department of Work and Pensions fraudulently as they should not be running a financial entity. An investigation was undertaken.

Disrepair to my home has become very apparent by failures with Hexagon Housing contractors . I have no hot water nor heating for over a year. My boiler has been condemned and not replaced. The situations in repairs are the same akin to liaisons with my housing provider. I am even without part electricity in my home. Protruding door frames and cracked wall due to structural damage below. Gilmartins and Smyth & Byford the contractors for Hexagon Housing are making a mockery of the situations at hand. I book appointments for the disrepair to  be rectified; they do not attend my address at the allocated time. Yet they informed my housing provider that I was not home. Therefore to regulatory correspondence and text  I was reprimanded by my housing provider threatening court action. Latest correspondence attached. This seems to me in obligations by both parties a Joint Enterprise. It is not circumstantial that apparently in conjunctions it seems as though when anything regarding damages to my property is needed to  be obliged in consolidations to remedy repairs things are taken out of context and nothing happens yet i am the one that is penalised.

Evidentiary i would like some form of resolve with what has been outlined. The dissatisfaction in the parties actions beggars belief. Statutory obligations and rights are being broken. As to why I do not know. Yet in comprehension one must right their wrongs. With yourselves acknowledgement and help in remedies i would be able to ascertain peace of mind.
